Manufactured in strict compliance with API 609 Category A & B, EN 593, AWWA C504, ISO 10631, MSS SP-67, MSS SP-68 and ASME B16.34, our comprehensive butterfly valve range encompasses concentric (rubber-lined) designs for water and general service, double eccentric (high-performance) designs for higher pressures and temperatures, and triple offset (TOV) metal-seated designs for critical zero-leakage isolation in severe service environments. Available in wafer, lug, double flanged and butt weld end configurations, these valves cover nominal diameters from DN50 to DN4000 (2" to 160") and pressure ratings from PN6 to PN100 / Class 150 to Class 600.
Body materials include ductile iron GGG40/GGG50, cast steel WCB, stainless steel CF8/CF8M, aluminum bronze, duplex stainless steel 2205 and super duplex 2507, selected to withstand corrosive water, seawater, acids, alkalis, hydrocarbons and abrasive slurries. Seat materials range from EPDM, NBR, Viton, PTFE, RPTFE and UHMWPE for resilient bi-directional bubble-tight sealing, to Stellite 6, SS316 and laminated stainless steel/graphite for fire-safe, high-temperature metal-to-metal sealing exceeding 650°C. Whether manually operated via lever or worm gearbox, or automated with electric, pneumatic or hydraulic actuators for SCADA integration, the industrial butterfly valve delivers decades of reliable, maintenance-efficient performance in the world's most demanding flow control applications.
