Product Description
this valve is widely applied in industries such as industrial manufacturing, munici
pal engineering, building HVAC, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage. It is one
of the indispensable fluid control devices in industrial production and daily life.
1.Simple Structure: It is mainly composed of components such as valve body, butterfly disc,
valve stem and handle. With a relatively simple structure and no complicated transmission
mechanism, it features low manufacturing and maintenance costs.
2.Easy Installation: Adopting a wafer-type design, it can be directly installed between two
pipeline flanges and clamped with bolts. It requires a small installation space and the installa
tion process is simple and fast, which can effectively save installation time and costs.
3.Convenient Operation: Driven by a handle, the opening and closing of the butterfly disc can
be easily realized by rotating the handle. It has a small operating torque and can be manually
operated without additional power equipment, making it suitable for applications where
manual operation is convenient.
4.Low Fluid Resistance: When the butterfly disc is open, the flow channel is almost
unobstructed, allowing fluid to pass through smoothly. With a small drag coefficient, it can
effectively reduce pressure loss in the pipeline system and improve fluid transmission
efficiency.
5.Good Sealing Performance: Equipped with a reliable sealing structure and high-quality
sealing materials, it can achieve excellent sealing performance under normal working
conditions, effectively preventing medium leakage and ensuring the tightness and safety of
the pipeline system.
6.Excellent Regulation Performance: The opening degree of the butterfly disc can be
precisely controlled by rotating the handle, thereby realizing accurate regulation of fluid flow
and meeting flow control requirements under different working conditions.
7.Lightweight: The overall structure is compact and relatively light, facilitating transportation
and installation. It is especially suitable for pipeline systems with weight restrictions, such as
those on ships and mobile equipment.

1.Flanged connection shall comply with the standards GB/T 17241.1-2024 and GB/T
9124.1-2019.
2.Strength and sealing tests shall comply with the standard GB/T 13927-2022.
