Product Description

The C2F (VSSJAF) detachable double flange loose force transfer joint is a professional pipeline compensation and force transmission fitting widely used in water supply, drainage, sewage treatment, municipal engineering, fire protection systems and pump station piping projects. It is manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T 12465 standard, adopting high-quality ductile cast iron or carbon steel as the main body material, with blue epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating on both inner and outer surfaces, featuring excellent anti-rust, anti-corrosion and anti-erosion performance for long-term underground or outdoor service.

This force transfer joint is assembled by flanges, sleeve, sealing rubber gasket and high-strength galvanized bolts. Its core function is to transfer the axial thrust generated by pipeline medium pressure to the whole pipe network, effectively protecting water pumps, valves and other pipeline equipment from damage caused by unbalanced axial tension. It can absorb and compensate axial displacement, installation deviation and thermal expansion & contraction of pipelines, greatly simplifying on-site pipe installation, disassembly, maintenance and replacement work.

During pipeline construction, this double flange force transfer coupling allows convenient alignment adjustment of two pipe ends. When overhauling pipelines or valves, users only need to loosen the connecting bolts to separate the joint, without cutting the pipeline, which greatly reduces construction time and maintenance cost. The rubber sealing gasket inside ensures reliable sealing performance under rated working pressure, preventing medium leakage in water delivery systems.

It is suitable for connecting pipes of different materials, such as ductile iron pipes, steel pipes, PVC and HDPE pipes. Common pressure grades include PN10, PN16, PN25, with a complete range of diameters from DN50 up to DN3000 to meet different project requirements. The product can work steadily within medium temperature of -20℃ ~ 80℃, applicable for clean water, sewage and other non-corrosive fluid media.

Compared with ordinary expansion joints, the outstanding advantage of force transfer joint is bearing and transferring pipeline axial thrust. It is the preferred connecting fitting installed at inlet and outlet of water pumps and valves, to avoid concentrated thrust directly acting on pump casings or valve bodies, extending service life of key fluid equipment and improving the overall safety and stability of the piping system.

Raw Material

Quality Inspection
