The C2F force transfer compensation joint consists of a flange loose sleeve compensation joint, a short pipe flange, force transfer screws and other
components. It transmits the pressure thrust of the connected parts and compensates for pipeline installation errors, without absorbing axial displacement. It is a dedicated device mainly used for the loose sleeve connection with accessories such as pumps and valves.

Features

1、It can effectively compensate and alleviate the thrust of pipelines and blind flanges in the pipeline system, thus providing a certain protective effectfor the pipelines.

2、Transmits the pressure thrust (blind flange force) of the connected components.

3、Compensates for pipeline installation errors.

4、Facilitates the installation, maintenance and replacement of water pumps and valves.

5、It features high tensile and compressive strength as well as superior sealing performance.

6、Force transfer joints shall be adopted at the water pump outlets and pipeline elbows to prevent the thrust from concentrating on the proximal ends of pipelines or pumps and causing equipment damage due to impact force.

Technical Parameters

1.Flanged connection shall comply with the standards GB/T 17241.1-2024 and GB/T 9124.1-2019.
2.Strength and sealing tests shall comply with the standard GB/T12465-2017.
3.Relevant technical parameters are listed in Table 1, materials of main components in Table 2, overall dimensions in Table 3.

Pressure Testing

Every valve undergoes strict pressure testing before shipment. Body and seat tests are performed according to applicable standards and customer specifications to verify pressure resistance and sealing reliability.

Quality Inspection

Our quality control team conducts comprehensive inspections throughout the production process. Finished valves are checked for dimensions, appearance, materials, pressure performance and overall quality before final approval and shipment.
