The D41X Type Soft-sealed Butterfly Valve is used for bidirectional opening-closing orflow regulation in pipelines, with an adjustment range of 0 to 90 degrees of opening. It isapplicable to air conditioning systems, water supply and drainage systems, fire protectionsystems as well as most fluid pipelines, and suitable for media such as clean water, gasand oil products.

Features

1.The valve seat adopts a rubber wulcanization lining process, eliminating the need fordedicated flange discs.
2.The valve disc features a pinless design, which ensures excellent sealing performanceand boasts a sleek, aesthetically pleasing appearance.
3.The valve stem adopts a tapered flat shaft independently designed by Huhang Technol-ogy Group. It perfectly fits the valve disc with zero clearance during operation, whichgreatly enhances the sealing reliability between the valve disc and the valve seat.
4.Equipped with a high-efficiency transmission mechanism, it enables smooth openingand closing with precise stroke limitation.

1.Flanged connection shall comply with the standards GB/T 17241.1-2024 and GB/T9124.1-2019.

2.Strength and sealing tests shall comply with the standard GB/T 13927-2022.
