Application

Raw Material

Qualified brass are selected. Alloy composition is checked by spectrometer to guarantee pressure‑resistance and dezincification‑resistance performance.

Hot Forging Die‑Casting for Blanks

Heated brass material is formed into valve body blanks by hot forging or die‑casting. Remove flash and burrs to obtain dense valve blanks.

CNC Machining

Our CNC machining equipment provides precise and consistent processing of valve components. Critical dimensions, threads and sealing surfaces are strictly controlled to ensure accurate assembly and reliable sealing performance.

Surface Treatment

Brass Valve will Deburring and polishing. Passivation or nickel/chrome plating is applied to improve anti‑corrosion property and avoid copper oxidation.

Assembly &Pressure Testing
