1.Start pump with valve closed: Start the pump at zero flow first, then open the valve.This reduces the starting shaft power by an average of 50%, ensuring equipmentsafety.

2.Stop pump with valve closed: Close the valve first, then stop the pump when thepipeline flow velocity reaches zero. This  eliminates water hammer during shutdownand prevents pump reverse rotation.

3.In case of unplanned power failure: In the event of an unplanned power failure andsubsequent pump shutdown caused by lightning induction or circuit fault, the controlvalve automatically closes slowly to stop the pump. This ensures the water hammerpressure is not more than 0.3 times the working pressure, safeguarding the safety ofthe pipe network.

4.Energy saving: No vortex is generated inside the valve body, achieving an energysaving of approximately 25% compared with similar products.

5.Full-bore flow channel design: The design ensures the designed flow rate underworking conditions, thus realizing energysaving.
