1. Flat-Bottom Valve Seat for Unobstructed Flow

Traditional gate valves often experience poor sealing due to foreign objects—such as stones, welding slag, and cement—getting trapped in the bottom groove during pipeline installation or flushing. Our resilient seated gate valve features an innovative flat-bottom design that aligns perfectly with the pipeline cavity. 2. Full Rubber Encapsulation on Gate Plate

The wedge (gate plate) is fully encapsulated with high-quality rubber (NBR/EPDM) both internally and externally. Utilizing advanced rubber vulcanization technology, the gate plate maintains highly precise dimensions and superior elasticity. This strong bonding prevents the rubber from peeling or tearing under high-pressure conditions, ensuring a reliable, bubble-tight seal over thousands of operational cycles.
