Technical Specifications: The American Standard Stainless Steel Gate Valve is designed and manufactured in accordance with API 600 and ASME B16.34 standards, with face-to-face dimensions complying with ASME B16.10 and flanged ends according to ASME B16.5. The valve is available in ASME Class 150, Class 300 and Class 600 pressure ratings, with sizes ranging from 1/2" to 24". The valve body and bonnet are available in ASTM A351 CF8 or CF8M stainless steel, while the stem can be manufactured from ASTM A276 Type 304 or 316 stainless steel. The valve features a wedge gate design, rising stem, bolted bonnet and full-port flow passage. Seat options include stainless steel, 13Cr, Stellite, PTFE or other materials according to the operating conditions. Packing can be graphite or PTFE, with stainless steel and graphite spiral-wound gasket options available. The valve can be operated by handwheel or gear operator and is suitable for water, oil, gas, steam and various industrial fluids. Hydrostatic and seat leakage tests are performed in accordance .

Manufactured with ASTM A351 CF8 or CF8M stainless steel materials, the valve provides excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength and long-term service performance.
